[Infra] Service issue

• Cofacts monitor 🚨@g0v-tw 多次發出 api.cofacts.tw, cofacts.tw, line-bot.cofacts.tw 等服務不穩定的警告。
• nonumpa 回報服務在 2025-08-23 約 10:50 掛掉，13:30 恢復，但 linebot 需要手動重啟。

• 不知為何 line-bot 不會自己起來
  • 發現是 rumors-deploy 裡 line-bot-zh 沒有 restart https://github.com/cofacts/rumors-deploy/blob/master/docker-compose.production.yml#L131-L146
  • collab-server & langfuse 也沒 restart，要補

• url context tool 似乎是運作在 Google 的頁庫存檔，所以有機會爬到已經下架的東西

How to integrate to Cofacts?

• 1 article can have multiple Youtube video links
  • 篇幅 + 混著文字訊息的原因，不適合像影片 / 圖片 article 那樣整個 show 出來 [name=mrorz]
  • 放進 urls 的 summary，接在 url-resolver 爬到的 video description 下面
  • 在網站上 show 在 URL preview 處，preview 可以用按鈕展開全文
• Should be indexed?
  • 放 summary 就會 match 得到 [name=mrorz]
  • Indexed in Cofacts only, or allow search engine to scrape (public)?
    • 怕有 youtuber 聲稱提供逐字稿會降低他們流量
    • 如果只讓查核協作者可以看逐字稿，應該就還好（Google 也會搜尋不到就是了）
