Line login

因為 mrorz 要去考試需要練習所以⋯⋯ XD

1. rumors-api 支援 LINE login

• 在 rumors-db 加上 line-id
• 若 bot 的 line-id 與 login 的 line-id 一致，就能直接在 rumors-api 開出「在 LINE 上傳過的文章」API
• rumors-site 也能顯示「你所傳送過的文章」
• 問題：too tied to a specific platform.
